SPECIAL WEAR RESISTANT BEND :

The special wear resistant bend is used for diversion of dry, free flowing and abrasive bulk materials in pneumatic conveying system. Its application allows reliable continuous operation with abrasive bulk materials such as silica sand, fly-ash cement, sand and coal and is also applicable in food and plastic industries.

The special wear resistant bend is geometrically so designed, that the conveyed material forms a bridge at the diverting point in the bend. This material-bridge drastically reduces the abrasion of the bend during the diversion of the product stream.
