Reverse Pulse jet Cartridge Type Dust Collector | Cartridge Type Dust Collector

The dirty or contaminated air enters the dust collector through the module inlet and passes through a number of filter cartridges, which retain the dust particles on the exterior surface while allowing clean air to pass through the module outlet. As the collector operates, the collected dust begins to form dust cake, which eventually diminishes the porosity of the filter cartridges. As the pressure drop increases the ventilation volume of the collector decreases. To maintain a moderate pressure drop, the cleaning cycle is employed to provide continuous cleaning of the filter cartridges. The cleaning system consist of a solid-state programmable timer, which actuates electric solenoids governing the air valves. These air valves deliver momentary burst or pulse of high compressed air through the manifold pipe into the filter tube. This push of air creates reverse flow of air, which expands the filter cartridges to remove the collector dust. .The cleaning procedure occurs on a row-by-row basis therefore only a fraction of total filter air is interrupted for cleaning allowing continuous ventilation. The dust cake when pulsed from the filter cartridges falls directly into the bucket at the bottom where it is removed. An exhaust fan suitable for air volume 1000 cubic feet per minute and is mounted on the top of dust collector, which generates the negative draft through out the process.

Manual Motorised Shaker Type Dust Collector:

Dust and particles are carried from source capture drops into the main duct connected to the shaker Dust collector Larger particles fall by gravity into the hopper toward the dust storage drum or canister. Finer particles are vacuumed upward into the high efficiency Tubular filter. fan mounted on top/side of the unit discharge clean air into the premises When the unit is shut down, the electronic control panel activates the cleaning cycle by shaking the filter envelope creating upper oscillation instead of usual bottom filter shaking which may result in lesser efficient cleaning. Filter inspection may be carried by simply opening the access door when unit is shut down. Dust collector with manual shaker cleaning system is performed by manually shaking the tubular filter bag. Primarily developed for interior installation in small shops and vocational schools, its use is perfect for medium to large size pollutants such as sawdust, grinding, buffing or sanding of different metals, powders and compo sites. Air volume capacity can vary from 500 CFM to 5000 CFM. The satin interior coated filter helps to minimize dust caking on filter surface. The angled hopper ensures constant sliding of dust into the dust storage drum. The support structure can be easily dismantled for relocation into another part of the facility using the unit or for a new installation in a room with limited size doorways.

Unitary Type Dust Collector

Unitary MOBILE dust collectors are specially designed for single point dust extraction. These are especially useful in air-conditioned rooms, as the dust can be removed in the dust collector and conditioned air can be circulated in the same room. Units have also been developed with acoustic insulation to give silent operation. These dust collectors are compact and mounted on wheels. The dust collectors can be supplied with mechanical shaker or pulse jet automatic cleaning feature. Normally for low dust level, mechanical shaker suffice. However, for large heavy dusts, pulse jet automatic cleaning is recommended to prevent build up of caking on the filter media. Standard material of construction is mild steel. These can also be offered in stainless steel construction.
